Domsalla Building Services is a member of the NHBC and therefore we adhere to all statutory Building Regulations. 

Our Code of Practice requires compliance with the Law, working in a competent and responsible manner, in accordance with, recognised standards of industrial materials and workmanship and a management structure to ensure effective supervision. 

We follow sound Building Practice, following a statutory Health and Safety Policy Statement, understood by all our tradesmen and a member of Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and Construction Line. 

• We regularly update Health and Safety Issues including relevant Waste Disposal and Hazardous Waste and Materials. 
• We always demonstrate a commitment to improve quality. 
• We always act in a courteous manner and respect clients privacy and property. 
• We regularly maintain and update skills and knowledge of Building Practice and Regulations. 
• We have in place an Identification Card Scheme where all personnel in our Company carry their own I.D. Cards both for Domsalla and varying Insurance Companies. 
• All operatives within our Company have been supplied with embroidered T-shirts, Polo Tops, Sweatshirts, Fleece Jackets and Overalls which we re-new and update on a yearly basis. 
• We currently have 11 sign-written vans and trucks which are on a 2-3 year renewal programme.
